Anna Vařečková

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2020 and registered as a junior lawyer with the Czech Bar Association the same year, subsequently successfully completing my junior lawyer traineeship in 2024 by passing the bar exam and being registered as an attorney at law with Czech Bar Association under registration number 21355.

During my studies, I gained legal experience in several small and large law firms in Prague. My practice focused mainly on commercial and civil law, as well as general practice. I also enriched my experience by working at a court. This has given me a better understanding of court procedures. I also had the opportunity to live and study abroad for a semester at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka.

My current practice focuses primarily on immigration law, labor law and the employment of foreigners, and applications for Czech citizenship. Thanks to this specialization, I can offer my clients considerable expertise and know how, which is essential in these areas. My goal is to simplify my clients' lives through my services, not complicate them. That’s why I focus on what each of my clients truly needs, strive to simplify all procedures as much as possible, and present information clearly, concisely, and simply. I won't overwhelm you with legal jargon and complex legal phrases.

I also provide legal advice to small and medium-sized companies. I understand the importance of having someone to consult with, someone to guide you, ease your business operations, and save you valuable time. I want to understand all the specifics of your business, your preferences, and goals, and help you achieve these goals with my support.
